Our Staff

Each staff member must complete a working interview in which we evaluate their performance to ensure that their personality, dedication to the children and their child care provider skills are monitored and accessed. Upon completion if they all those areas are up to our standards, they are then welcomed to the team.

Thereafter we require on-going training for our staff throughout their employment with us. Each staff member is trained in First Aid and CPR as well as certified and trained to administer prescribed medication. Our staff is provided with state mandatory training, in-house orientation training, as well as classes by other certified professionals in the education field. All of our staff must clear a full background check by our state, federal and local officials.
